This Privacy Policy is adapted to suit Property Oversight (a division of Bolt Projects). It is designed to comply with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).

This Privacy Policy describes how Property Oversight collects, uses, stores, and discloses personal information when you utilise our estate concierge and property management services or visit our digital platforms.   3. Payment Information: including bank account details or other payment method details for monthly oversight retainers.

  4. Service-Specific Information: information you provide when contacting us for audits, participating in property surveys, or engaging in promotional activities.

  5. Voluntary Information: comments, reviews, or specific property instructions (e.g., gate codes, medical data for emergency cards) that you voluntarily share with us.

  6. Non-Personal Information: technical details of your interaction with our website, including IP address, browser type, and usage patterns (pages visited and links clicked).

Use of Information 

We collect and use your personal information for the following purposes:

  1. To provide and improve our property oversight services, infrastructure audits, and customer support.

  2. To process and fulfil your service orders and monthly retainer payments.

  3. To communicate regarding service updates, critical infrastructure alerts, and premium offers.

Note: We do not sell, rent, or lease your personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes.
